Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure major
clients from the oil & gas, EPC, and industrial sectors
- Lead commercial strategy,
pricing, and market penetration plans
- Build and maintain key
stakeholder relationships, including regulators and consultants
- Align service offerings with
client expectations and industry standards
- Drive revenue growth through tenders, contracts, and long-term agreements
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Business
- Minimum of 5 years in business development, operations, or commercial leadership
- Strong track record of securing projects or clients in industrial or regulated sectors
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong regional network
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially sharp with strong negotiation and tendering experience
