Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth and marketing strategies for Bravara Homes.
- Identify potential investors, partners, and clients.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Conduct market research to inform business strategy.
- Build and lead a team of sales and field officers.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and community engagements.
- Prepare reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or real estate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English and Yoruba (required).
- Must be willing to reside in Osun State.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital marketing is an advantage.
