Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Expanding our market share for land sales
- Optimizing our short-let property portfolio and leading a high-performing team
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in Land Sales within Lagos State is mandatory.
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of realtors or sales professionals.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Lagos real estate market, particularly in land transactions, documentation, and the regulatory environment.
- Familiarity with the short-let/hospitality sector is a strong advantage.
- Residency: Must be currently resident on the Lagos Island or its environs.
