Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to join our team remotely. This full-time role is critical to expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, crafting and executing sales strategies, and leading client engagements from initial contact to contract close. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business development, a proven ability to build meaningful client relationships, and experience working in or with recruitment agencies (a strong advantage).

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth goals.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, service terms, and contract finalization.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to spot emerging opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, talent acquisition, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and regular business development reports.
  • Track KPIs and pipeline performance; report progress to senior management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and managing high-value client relationships.
  • Strong sales strategy and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in or with a recruitment or staffing agency is a strong advantage.
