- Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning processes.
Commercial Model Development:

Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration:

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:

- Monitor customer acquisition, retention, and growth metrics.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial initiatives.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication:
- Present commercial strategies, business cases, and performance updates to senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification.
- Minimum of 5–7 years relevant experience in a commercial or contract management role within the engineering, procurement, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing contracts and procurement processes in complex technical environments.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and data interpretation skills.
- Sound understanding of technical solutions and their commercial applications.
- Strong business acumen across finance, operations, and strategy.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis or modelling tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
