Job Summary
We are looking for a driven, strategic Business Development Lead to expand our network of Wellness Associates and Healthcare Facility Partners across Nigeria. You will play a key role in onboarding new partners, driving growth, and supporting field activation activities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to onboard Wellness Associates (nurses, pharmacies, gyms, salons, etc.)
- Build relationships with healthcare facilities (clinics, labs, hospitals) to adopt our solutions.
- Support marketing campaigns and community activation events
- Track partner performance and help them achieve revenue goals
- Collaborate with management to refine IVO’s partner model and growth strategy
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
- Experience in health tech, business development, medical sales is an added advantage
