Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho to manage leads, track interactions, and monitor sales performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Masters will be a plus.
  • Proven relevant years of experience.
  • Strong background in sales, strategy, and client relationship management.
  • Skilled in lead generation, negotiation, and closing business deals
  • Proficient in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation abilities
  • Experienced in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) for client management
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
