Business Development Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Support the Business Development Manager in tracking ongoing infrastructure opportunities (roads, bridges, rail, port, urban renewal, and related public-sector projects).
  
• Conduct background research on government agencies, sector policies, and market trends.
  
• Assist in preparing presentations, meeting briefs, correspondence, and bilingual project documents.
  
• Maintain contact lists, meeting records, and follow-up actions with government departments and project partners.
  
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagements.
  
• Provide translation/interpretation support (English–Chinese) when needed.
  
• Assist in the general office and administrative tasks related to project development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering Management, Public Administration, or related field.
  
• Strong command of English; Chinese language ability is an advantage.
  
• Good writing and communication skills; able to draft clear and professional documents.
  
• Familiarity with government procedures, public-sector projects, or international companies is preferred.
  
• Strong research ability and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and professional discretion.
