Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Initiate contact with prospects via calls, WhatsApp, social media, and emails.
- Qualify leads before handing them over to the BDM or Sales Team.
- Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Maintain an organised pipeline using CRM tools.
- Follow up with prospective clients and partners to drive conversions.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to represent Home Owner.
- Support onboarding of partners and enterprise clients.
- Provide regular reports on leads, meetings booked, and conversion progress.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under limited supervision.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and social platforms for outreach.
- Good understanding of real estate, technology, or consumer products (an advantage).
- A proactive mentality with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
