- Proficient knowledge of software development framework, concept and best practices
- Working Knowledge of system implementation
- Proficient knowledge of structured systems analysis and design, and software development life cycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, MS Project/other project management applications, and email
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to observe, receive and disseminate information from all relevant source
- A good understanding of online “exchanges,” “portals”, and e-procurement” models, their underlying transaction mechanisms (from pre-qualification/enrolment to billing and customer self-service) and their “process flows”
- Solid understanding of the business value chain, software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis & design, business development tools & technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management
- A good understanding of the dynamics of software development
