Interior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budget constraints.
• Develop creative design concepts that align with the client's vision and project objectives.
• Create mood boards, sketches, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Select appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials to achieve the desired aesthetic and functionality.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Provide guidance and supervision during the implementation phase to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the field of interior design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and client communications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• 2 years of working experience
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in a design firm or agency.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
• AGE: Not older than 45 years
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client preferences.
• Portfolio showcasing previous design projects and creative abilities.

Location: Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 300,000
