Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Assistant to the Managing Director of a Construction firm.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in the areas of project and material costing
  • Represent the MD at site and client meetings, provide up-to-date  information to the MD on on-going  activities on the different projects the company is engaged in

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of OND in Quantity surveying or Architecture.
  • Technical Assistance and Technical Support skills
  • Should know how to obtain and provide up-to-date materials pricing information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
