Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare concept design, detailed design, planning applications, statutory approvals, production information and tender documentation
- Interpretation of artworks into architectural projects
- See through the processes of projects at the workshop and assist with project management
- Assist clients to prepare strategic briefs and designs
- Review designs prepared by others in the team
- Act as contract administrator and inspect ongoing jobs, while swiftly advising on the rectification of defects.
- Advise on procurement route
- Collate reports on every project to line manager
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Architectural Designs, Project Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a creative or design agency is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Architect, Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Good Creative Eye and time-management skills.
- Ability to resolve complex design issues and bring onboard innovative and practical solutions
- Strong Communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Sketchup, Maxcut and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Managerial Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
