Responsibilities:
- Oversee architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Manage and coordinate design teams and consultants.
- Review and approve architectural drawings and plans.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects.
- Support business development with proposals and presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership, coordination, and team supervision skills
- Proficient in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Must reside in Lagos
