Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, drawings, and detailed design proposals.
- Use CAD and 3D modeling software to produce layouts, elevations, and renderings.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure design feasibility and quality execution.
- Prepare presentations and design documentation for client review and approval.
- Supervise and inspect active construction sites to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and best practices in architecture and construction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design within a construction or real estate firm.
- Must have supervised and worked on active construction sites.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software.
- Strong visualization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
