Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients on project requirements
- Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring compliance and quality standards
- Prepare presentations, 3D models, and reports to communicate design concepts
- Supervise and guide project implementation to meet timelines and quality expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in architecture, interior design, and project delivery
- Proven experience in construction, interior detailing, and space planning
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to oversee projects from concept through execution
- Proficiency in architectural design, documentation, and 3D visualisation tools, including 3D MAX, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or ArchiCAD
- Ability to produce detailed drawings, specifications, presentations, and reports
- Solid knowledge of building codes, standards, and site coordination practices
- Experience conducting site inspections and supervising project implementation
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including coordination with clients, engineers, and contractors
- ARCON registration required
