This role is suited for a mid-level Architect (minimum 4 years’ experience) with hands-on industry exposure. The focus is on practical competence, quality design output, and execution support. We are seeking an experienced Architect with strong technical design and 3D visualisation capability to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation
- Develop and coordinate designs using AutoCAD and Revit
- Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and renders (3Ds Max is critical)
- Support design development from the concept stage through execution
- Work closely with project and site teams to ensure designs are buildable and aligned with project requirements
- Update drawings based on site feedback and management directives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- A master’s degree in Architecture is an advantage
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant architectural experience
- Strong proficiency in: AutoCAD, Revit, and 3Ds Max (non-negotiable)
- Practical experience within real estate, construction, or property development environments
- Ability to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision
Renumeration: NGN 300,000 – NGN 350,000 net (monthly) (Final offer will be based on experience and demonstrated competence)
