Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with engineers for structural, MEP, and civil integration.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and material schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction for design adherence.
- Manage design changes and client approvals.
- Utilise CAD/BIM tools for accurate modelling and visualisation.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. Architecture; ARCON registration preferred.
- 5–8 years' experience in telecom/civil infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design software.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – NGN 600,000/month
