Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to meet performance targets.
- Drive deposit mobilisation and loan portfolio growth.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.\
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND / B.Sc. in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in a microfinance bank or financial institution.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of microfinance operations and regulatory requirements.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Imeko, Ogun State.
