Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Store Operations & Management:
- Supervise the day-to-day running of the boutique to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-arranged, and visually appealing at all times.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and stock checks.
Sales & Customer Service:
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed set targets.
- Deliver excellent and personalized customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Build strong relationships with returning and VIP customers.
Staff Supervision & Training:
- Supervise sales associates and ensure they perform their duties efficiently.
- Organize staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Assist with staff training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Motivate and support the team to maintain high morale and performance.
Inventory & Stock Management:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely restocking.
- Ensure proper tagging and attractive display of new arrivals.
- Report fast-selling, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items to management.
- Work with the delivery team for quick and accurate stock movement.
Marketing & Promotions:
- Support in executing in-store promotions, sales events, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with store displays and social media content coordination.
- Encourage the team to promote new collections and special offers effectively.
Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management.
- Monitor expenses and maintain basic financial records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Brand Image & Presentation:
- Maintain the boutique’s brand image through proper store presentation and staff grooming.
- Ensure the overall store ambience reflects the brand’s identity and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in retail or fashion sales.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Passion for fashion with a good sense of style.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet sales goals.
- Well-groomed, courteous, and confident personality.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage.
- Occasional visitation to other fashion outlet
