Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
- Engage guests courteously and provide excellent service.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams for smooth service.
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a bartender in a hotel, lounge, or restaurant.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink-mixing techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Energetic, professional, and attentive to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
