Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Atelier Co-ordinator to support our fashion production team. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for fashion and creativity. You will work closely with the creative, design, and tailoring teams to ensure the smooth executio

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily production schedules and timelines
  • Source and organise fabrics, trims, materials, and production tools
  • Coordinate sample and production tracking with tailors and factories
  • Conduct quality control checks on garments and accessories
  • Support fittings, shoots, and fashion show preparations
  • Maintain an organised workspace, inventory, and filing system for samples and patterns
  • Run errands as needed (deliveries, pick-ups, courier management)
  • Assist in documenting all production processes and updates
  • Liaise with logistics and vendors for timely procurement
  • Track orders and update the team on delivery timelines
  • Support the Creative and Brand team during photoshoots and campaigns


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (fashion industry experience preferred)
  • Strong interest in fashion, apparel, or production work
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of garment construction and tailoring is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Drive, or similar tools
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours when needed
  • Must live around Lekki/Ajah axis
