Responsibilities:

You will take turns standing at the entrance or in the walkway to greet incoming guests. Your goal is to make them feel noticed the second they arrive
Monitor the fruit drink inventory throughout the shift. If a shelf looks thin, restock it immediately so every drink served is ice-cold.
Since we want guests to stay and enjoy themselves, proactively offer our selection of games (cards, board games, or table activities) while they wait for their food or after they finish eating.
Keep an eye on the tables; if a guest looks like they need something, approach them before they have to wave you down.
Keep the dining area spotless. If you see a crumb on the floor or a smudge on the window, fix it immediately.
Regularly check the facilities to ensure they are clean and fully stocked for our guests.
Once you've greeted them, lead them to their table.
Ensure they are satisfied with their spot (away from drafts, enough space for the group, etc.) before handing over the menus.
Always be the first to open the door and use a friendly, inviting tone to set the mood for their meal.
You are responsible for keeping the beverage fridge perfectly arranged. All fruit drinks, sodas, and waters should be pulled forward with the labels facing the customer.
