Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise both front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience and promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training alongside HR.
- Monitor restaurant performance and suggest operational improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
