Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and service staff.
- Ensure customers are attended to promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints or service issues efficiently.
- Maintain service quality standards at all times.
- Support management in implementing operational procedures.
- Ensure staff follow company policies and workplace standards.
- Assist with shift coordination and staff task allocation.
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
