Sales Executive
Job summary
We are seeking a results-driven corporate sales executive to drive room occupancy, corporate partnerships, event bookings, and long-stay accommodation sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new corporate clients, maintaining strong business relationships, and generating revenue. opportunities, and promoting the hotel's accommodation, meeting, and event facilities. This role is field-based and suited to an ambitious sales professional who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate must be highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of generating measurable business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities within Port Harcourt and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular visits to oil and gas companies, construction firms, banks, telecommunications companies, government agencies, hospitals, and other target organisations.
- Build and maintain relationships with administration managers, procurement managers, HR managers, logistics managers, and travel coordinators.
- Promote room bookings, long-stay accommodation packages, meeting rooms, conference facilities, and event spaces.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, telephone calls, and direct visits.
- Prepare and deliver corporate presentations and proposals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide weekly sales reports.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the hotel.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of all client engagements and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate sales, business development, hotel sales, pharmaceutical sales, insurance sales, telecommunications sales, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000 Monthly
