We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Lagos Oriental Hotel. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to our guests in our restaurant and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage selections.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any requests or concerns.
- Clear and reset tables promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and presentation.
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Participate in training and team meetings as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum qualification is SSCE
- At least 3 years of experience as a waiter
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
