We are looking for a high-energy, decisive, and professional Restaurant Supervisor to lead our floor operations. You will be the "conductor" of the dining room, ensuring the staff moves with precision and the guests receive an elite experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Front of House (FOH) team to deliver seamless service in the Restaurant.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest recovery, resolving any issues with authority and tact.
- Manage table rotations, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure the restaurant is "stage-ready" at all times.
- Monitor staff performance, provide real-time feedback, and assist in training new hires to meet our high standards.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols, ensuring 100% compliance with local food codes.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate specials, floor plans, and service goals.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
- A proactive, "lead-by-example" approach with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to command respect from a diverse team.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move for 8–10 hours per shift in a high-intensity environment.
