Job summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused digital order coordinator to manage online food orders and communicate with customers through our website, WhatsApp and third-party delivery platforms.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming online order from website and delivery platform.
  • Communicate professionally with customers.
  • Provide order updates and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Confirm orders and monitor delivery progress.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure successful delivery.
  • Work closely with kitchen and dispatch teams to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate dispatch riders to pick up and deliver meals


Requirements:
