Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head Chef to lead kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong culinary expertise with leadership and operational management skills.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of meals according to our restaurant menu and recipes.
  • Ensure consistent food quality in a fast-paced restaurant environment. 


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years kitchen experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven experience as a chef or sous chef.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.


Preferred Qualification:

  • Culinary training or professional certification is an added advantage.


Remuneration: NGN 250,000
