- Provide menu guidance and handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Process guest bills and handle POS transactions efficiently.
- Uphold hotel standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or equivalent (graduates may also apply).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service.'

- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
