Truck Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Accompany the diesel delivery truck to every customer location.
• Supervise fuel discharge to ensure the correct quantity is delivered as per order.
• Maintain detailed records of each delivery including date, quantity, client name, time, and any notable observations.
• Confirm customer satisfaction by collecting signatures and ensuring proper documentation is completed at each delivery point.
• Monitor driver behavior and truck condition during trips, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Report incidents such as delays, discrepancies, fuel spillage, or customer complaints immediately to the operations team.
• Work closely with dispatch to coordinate delivery schedules and route optimization.
• Track and report daily diesel stock movement and reconcile with delivery orders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations specific to fuel transport.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in logistics, fuel delivery, or truck supervision is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity in record-keeping.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with drivers and clients.
• Physically fit and willing to work on the road.
• Basic knowledge of diesel handling, safety, and documentation procedures.
• Ability to work long hours or on weekends when required.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000 Monthly
