We are seeking a Training and Academic Coordinator to join us.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage training sessions (virtual and physical).
  • Create and prepare training materials.
  • Confidently engage and address participants during training.
  • Create a friendly, interactive, and engaging learning environment.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve training quality and experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with participants to encourage client retention and referrals.
  • Follow up with clients and promote additional training opportunities.
  • Identify and support opportunities to upsell training programs to individuals and organizations.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in training
  • Communication
  • Public speaking skills
  • Good multitasking ability
  • Client engagement skills.
  • Business acumen
