We are seeking a Training and Academic Coordinator to join us.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage training sessions (virtual and physical).
- Create and prepare training materials.
- Confidently engage and address participants during training.
- Create a friendly, interactive, and engaging learning environment.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve training quality and experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with participants to encourage client retention and referrals.
- Follow up with clients and promote additional training opportunities.
- Identify and support opportunities to upsell training programs to individuals and organizations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in training
- Communication
- Public speaking skills
- Good multitasking ability
- Client engagement skills.
- Business acumen
