Job summary
The Non-Nurse Educators will teach the foundational and supporting courses in the sciences, social sciences, humanities, and general studies that underpin the nursing and midwifery programmes, providing students with a strong academic base for clinical learning.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver lectures and tutorials in assigned foundational/supporting courses.
- Develop course outlines, learning outcomes, and teaching materials.
- Relate subject content to its application in nursing, midwifery and healthcare.
- Set, administer, and grade assessments, assignments, and examinations.
- Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and feedback to students.
- Participate in curriculum review and continuous quality improvement.
- Contribute to departmental meetings and college academic activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Physics, Economics, English, Mathematics, or related field); a Master's degree or PhD is an advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably at the tertiary level.
- Subject-matter expertise in the area to be taught.
- Strong command of spoken and written English with effective presentation skills.
- Competence in digital learning tools.
- Commitment to interdisciplinary, student-centred teaching and the ICARE core values.
