Job summary
The Part-Time Nurse Educators will provide scheduled lectures and clinical supervision in specified nursing courses, supporting curriculum delivery while bringing current practice experience into the classroom.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver scheduled lectures, tutorials, and clinical supervision in assigned nursing courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments for assigned topics.
- Supervise and mentor students in skills-laboratory and clinical settings as assigned.
- Set, administer, and grade assessments for assigned courses.
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to students.
- Support curriculum delivery and quality-assurance activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance for assigned sessions.
- Liaise with full-time faculty to ensure consistent, coordinated delivery.
- Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Registered Midwife (RM) with a current, valid NMCN licence.
- Minimum of a BNSc/B.Sc (Nursing); a higher qualification is an advantage.
- Demonstrable teaching, mentoring, or clinical supervision experience.
- Strong, current clinical knowledge in the area(s) to be taught.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to teach within agreed sessional timetables.
- Commitment to student-centred teaching and the ICARE core values.
