Job summary
The Training Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs and events, ensuring excellent participant experience and efficient delivery of learning activities in line with Geoinfo Academy's objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all training programs from registration to completion.
- Develop training schedules and manage logistics for physical and virtual sessions.
- Liaise with facilitators, instructors, and participants.
- Maintain training records, participant databases, and attendance reports.
- Ensure availability of training materials and resources.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, webinars, and certification programs.
- Support marketing and promotional activities for training programs.
- Handle participant inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Prepare post-training evaluations and performance reports.
- Issue certificates and maintain training documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
