The primary role of the Tender Board, Planning & Cost Estimation Analyst is to oversee and manage the planning, tendering, and cost estimation processes for various projects within the organization. This position will ensure that accurate and comprehensive cost estimates are provided for tenders and contracts, and will play a key role in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. The Tender Board, Planning & Cost Estimation Analyst will work closely with the project management team, vendors, and contractors to ensure cost-effective and timely project execution, while ensuring compliance with the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and review of tender documents, ensuring that all costs are accurately estimated and all aspects of the tendering process are well-coordinated.
- Prepare and evaluate detailed cost estimates for capital and operational projects, ensuring all aspects of the project are costed.
- Participate in tender evaluations and provide detailed analysis of bid submissions, including financial and technical assessments.
- Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring they stay within budget and are delivered on time.
- Develop and maintain cost models, planning documents, and schedules for ongoing and future projects.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather project requirements, define scope, and ensure the alignment of project plans with company objectives.
- Ensure that project budgets are reviewed regularly, and that cost variance analysis is performed to manage potential risks.
- Maintain records and documentation of cost estimations, tender evaluations, and project planning activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in planning, cost estimation, and tendering processes within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation methods, tender evaluation processes, and project management tools.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing cost reports, budgets, and financial documents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
