Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the tenancy screening and background verification department
- Build and grow internal capabilities in people, processes, and systems
- Develop and execute business strategies to grow visibility and market acceptance
- Drive new business opportunities and customer acquisition
- Ensure high-quality and timely service delivery in line with organizational standards
- Inspire and coach a high-performance team aligned with company values
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline
- 7+ years of work experience, with at least 4 years in a similar role
- Solid understanding of background verification processes and related technologies
- Prior experience in the background screening or real estate industry is a plus
- Strong leadership, business development, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general tech-savviness
- MBA or M.Sc. in a related field is an added advantage
