Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and spoken English
- Deliver high-quality literacy instruction to students.
- Utilise modern teaching aids and technology to enhance learning.
- Teach the foundational principles and structure of the English language.
- Demonstrate initiative through continuous learning, personal research, and professional development.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong performance.
- Ensuring motivation of the pupils
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching literacy.
- Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree (BEd English, BA English NCE) or HND
- Educational qualifications and membership of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an added advantages.
- An in-depth knowledge of the British curriculum or the Montessori method of teaching
Remuneration: NGN 100,000
