Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing budgets
- Recruiting and training of staff.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
- Ensure prompt response to customer complaints
- Oversee, and coordinate supermarket staff.
- Appraise staff and give prompt feedback for their improvement.
- Manage the daily operations of the supermarket to the manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience
- Minimum academic qualification of HND in any discipline
- Good communication skills.
- Financial management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to motivate other members of the staff
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good leadership skills
- The ability to discipline other members of staff.
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000
