Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to brand policies and procedures.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance effectiveness.
- Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues.
- Facilitating communication between management and staff.
- Ensuring that products produced meets brand quality standards.
- Proactively identify and address operational challenges and team issues.
- Effectively communicate with customers and delivery services.
Requirement
- Proven work experience as a manager for a minimum of 2-3 years.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams, achieving targets, and delivering results.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Candidate must live in Lagos (Island preferably).
