Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, setting and achieving individual and store-wide sales goals
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Ensure the store is organized, clean, and meets brand standards
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution
- Manage employee schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a well-trained, motivated team
- Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Collaborate with senior management to identify business opportunities, areas for improvement, and to implement new initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands
- Proven leadership and team management experience with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Solid understanding of inventory management, sales reporting, and store operations
- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations with professionalism and poise
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for fashion and an understanding of the Kaya by Dami brand ethos
