Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of high-quality treatments, including massages (Swedish, Deep Tissue, etc.), body scrubs, wraps, and facials.
- Conduct brief consultations with guests to identify their specific needs, health concerns, and preferences.
- Educate guests on our retail products and provide post-treatment recommendations to help them maintain results at home.
- Maintain a pristine treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and supplies are stocked between every session.
- Manage your schedule punctually and provide a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.
Requirements:
- Proven experience and valid certification/license in Massage Therapy or Esthetics.
- Deep understanding of human anatomy and various massage techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills and a naturally calm, empathetic personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive physical tasks with consistent pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate our guests.
