Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and waxing
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and spa equipment
- Ensure clients are comfortable and satisfied before, during, and after treatments
- Handle client bookings and maintain accurate treatment records
- Promote and upsell spa services and products
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role
- Certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work long hours (10 am–10 pm)
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with aromatherapy, deep tissue massage, or reflexology
- Customer service experience in a spa or hospitality environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
