Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
LinkedIn (Primary Platform):
- Post 3–5x weekly on the founder’s or company page
- Engage daily with comments, tags, and DMs within niche communities (real estate, insurance, credit repair)
- Research 50–100 high-quality leads weekly
- Collect emails, company info, and signals using tools like Apollo, SalesQL, or manual searches
- Support cold DMs using the provided scripts
Other Platforms:
- Instagram: Repurpose LinkedIn posts (1–2x/week) into visual or story formats
- Facebook: Share trust-building content in relevant entrepreneur groups (1–2x/week)
- Twitter (Optional): Retweet and engage in niche conversations
Support Tasks (VA-in-training):
- Monitor inbox and respond to LinkedIn/email leads
- Organize and track lead information
- Review basic analytics (LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Create simple Canva graphics for posts
Requirements:
- Social media-savvy and familiar with B2B tone
- Knows how to turn comments and likes into conversations
- Comfortable researching, organizing, and executing cold outreach
- Ambitious and eager to grow into a bigger support role
- Excellent written English and communication skills
