Job Summary
Team Ace is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Business Developer to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our payroll, HR outsourcing, and recruitment services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building strong client relationships, and having a deep understanding of the HR services market.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets for payroll, HR outsourcing, and recruitment services.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including market research, networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, actively managing leads from initial contact to closed deals.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and pain points, proposing tailored solutions that align with Team Ace's service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, HR, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Team Ace's brand and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
Requirements:
- HND/ BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of success in selling HR consulting services (payroll, HR outsourcing, recruitment) in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian HR services market and its regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. ● Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue complex sales opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
