Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Business Development Manager at LUXi. The manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships. This role is primarily located in Lekki but allows for some work from home flexibility.

Job Description/Requirements

 Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of B2B/B2G clients (employers, universities, city agencies)
  • Structure and negotiate multi-year mobility service contracts
  • Create pitch decks, financial models, and investor updates
  • Plan launch campaigns and partnerships
  • Close enterprise deals with corporations, municipalities, and institutional clients
  • Develop our go-to-market strategy and early brand presence
  • Build pilot programs with key anchor clients to demonstrate traction
  • Identify and qualify high-potential investors (transportation-tech VCs, impact funds, family offices)
  • Lead end-to-end fundraising process from initial meetings to closing


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue-focused roles with experience in Early-stage startup fundraising, enterprise sales & growth marketing
  • Proven record of closing investment or enterprise contract deals
  • Exceptional communicator—able to distill complex ideas into compelling pitches.
  • A network of contacts in VC, impact investing, or urban development is highly desirable.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, early-stage startup experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
