Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for each subsidiary to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Conducted market research and analyzed industry trends to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing regular performance feedback.
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and public relations, to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the product and operations teams to align offerings with customer demands and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in transportation, real estate, aviation, etc.
- Experience in dealing with luxury brands is a plus.
- Must have experience in at least two industries - transportation & real estate.
