Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all retail branch activities.
- Lead and motivate staff to meet sales targets and exceed performance goals.
- Develop and implement strategies for sales growth and target achievement.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and in-store promotions to drive traffic and in crease revenue.
- Oversee visual merchandising to ensure attractive and organized product displays.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance.
- Manage daily branch operations including opening, closing, and cash handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Generate and submit regular sales, inventory, and operational reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with POS and Inventory
