Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff to provide exceptional service.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure efficient and timely handling of orders, reservations, and deliveries.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant management best practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
